When my bride asked me what one thing stood out about our reception, my immediate answer was that the dance floor was packed ALL night long. Afterwards, while talking with a staffer, they had mentioned how great the music was and how they were enjoying our guests dancing the night away. At one point we had gathered for a family photo but we continued to dance as the photographer attempted to get the photo, so it ended up being a family dance video.Ĭleveland helped us carry on a family tradition by handing the microphone to our beloved Uncle who belted out his rendition of Sweet Caroline to the enjoyment of the crowd.Īs our evening was winding down, we noticed the wait staff dancing while busing the tables and serving the desserts. There was line dancing, slow dances and group dances. I don't believe there was more than 1 minute throughout the night that there was not a crowd on the floor. Ourselves and our guests danced non-stop. After our toasts by the maid of honor and best man, Cleveland sensed a theme of our guests and lives and launched into the Philadelphia Eagles fight song, being led by the groom.ĭuring dinner, there were quiet and classy songs played while our guests enjoyed their meals.Ĭleveland had control of the room. Cleveland then guided us into our first dance, followed by the special dances with family members. Our grand entrance was built up with some introduction music to a rousing roar from the crowd. People were complementing the music throughout the cocktail hour.Ĭleveland seamlessly transitioned from the cocktail hour into the wedding reception, having our guests anticipating the entrance of the bridal party.
We choose a few quiet acoustic songs for our pre-ceremony and cocktail reception and Cleveland filled the 90 minutes in flawlessly. Ion ideas over a Zoom meeting with Cleveland and were excited with our plans.
